Cedric Mainor of New Beginnings International Outreach Ministry in Georgia has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for trafficking drugs and stolen guns out of his home.He was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine and being a felon possessing a firearm.
The U.S. Attorney’s office said the church minister is in a major drug trafficking organization and keeps the drugs at his home. When his home was raided, 20 guns, AR magazines, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, an assault weapon and a loaded semi-automatic gun was found.
It has been learnt by the police that the preacher had his son working for him until he was killed in September last year. Previously, Cedric mainor has been convicted of six felonies.
He is currently been held at Chatham County Detention Center while waiting to be transported to federal prison.
