Twelve people have been reportedly killed while 65 others sustained injuries following multiple suicide attacks around Masa-Dikwa area within the outskirts of Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
In a statement released by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) North-east Information Officer, Abdulkadri Ibrahim, four suicide bombers perpetrated the attack.
Meanwhile, an emergency response team comprising NEMA and Red Cross has responded to the suicide incident.
The injured according to reports, where given first aid treatment while others are currently receiving treatment at some hospitals in the state.
