President Muhammadu Buhari has yesterday, Monday, November 27, in Abuja the seat of power, inaugurated the National Minimum Wage Committee.
The National Minimum Wage Committee which according to reports was inaugurated at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, has 30 members chaired by the former Head of Service of the Federation (HoS), Mrs. Ama Pepple.
The committee has the responsibility of negotiating a new National Minimum Wage for which the Nigerian workers have been clamoring since the advent of Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressive Congress (APC) administration.
