The Lagos State Government has announced the commencement of the Code Lagos Project in which youths within the age bracket of 18 and above will be trained in order to acquire technological skill to meet the prevailing challenges of our society in recent times.
According to the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Education, Mr Obafela Bank-Olemoh, the training which kicks of today, Monday, November 13, will be held in three designated venues, namely; the Herbart Macaulay Public Library located at Yaba, Isolo Public Library, and Onikon Center at the Lagos Island.
The state government intends that the program apart from equipping the youths with relevant skills will provide employment opportunities for them in the area of technology.
