Trump in Israel on Tour Mid-East

Moments after his plane touched down at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel, US President Donald Trump who is on an official visit to the Middle-East said it was wonderful to be in Israel. He expressed gratitude and honor for the invitation to visit reaffirming the unbreakable bond between the US and Israel adding that the gesture is a rear opportunity to bring safety and security to the region.

On his part, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu pledged support to President Trump’s call for nations to join hands and fight terrorism which he made during a visit over the weekend in Saudi Arabia. The Israeli Prime Minister stated that the peace his nation seeks is genuine and durable and that in which the Jewish state of Israel is recognized.

President Trump has already met with the Israeli counterpart, President Reuven Rivlin. He has also visited the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, and the Western Wall.
